DigiElch 4.x - Annual Licenses
The actual version of DigiElch includes 4 different simulation
modules which are alll enabled in the
trial installation.
When purchasing a license only the CV-Basic-Module will be enabled
by default. Simulation modules for other electrochemical methods (Extension
Modules) can be separately ordered and activated at any
time. Note, however, that Extension Modules can no longer be used if the activation period of the CV-Basic
Module has expired.
Annual and full version licenses
do not differ in the functionality of the program. They differ only in the activation
period. An annual license activates the program for one year. A full version license
has no time limitation. Annual licenses are available for
DigiElch 4.0 (requires Internet access not only for installing but also
for running the program) or DigiElch 4.M (requires
Internet access only for installing the program).

Network licenses for other number of users are available
upon request. Note, however, that Windows NT/XP peer to peer networking
restricts the maximum number of users to 10.

The price of the Extension Module applies to any single
user or network license of the Basic Module. If the latter is Professional
the extension module is running as "Professional", too.

Remark
As a German Small Business Company we need not to charge
VAT for our products. Consequently, there is no difference between net and gross
prices if customers order directly from ElchSoft by invoice or

however, that VAT is charged by shareit!. Hence, the prices are
net prices when ordering by shareit! unless the product is purchased
by a VAT exempt company or institution.
